Shavah Elisha Andrew polled 241 votes to defeat her only challenger, Barde Victoria Bulus who came behind with 136 votes.

In his remarks shortly after inauguration, he said there is neither victor no vanquished in the exercise, noting that the branch remains one united family.

“We are here to serve you, your priority is our priority, your purpose is our purpose and together we can achieve more.

“I want to reiterate, all hands will be on deck to achieve our desired goal. Let’s work as one family. Those who couldn’t make it this time, there is always another opportunity in future, we cannot all be executive members at the same time” he said.

Andrew also promised to be guided by professional code of ethics, professional discipline and good conduct during his leadership.

Chairman of the electoral committee and a member of Council of ANAN in charge of branches and benevolence, Ibrahim Makut applauded the branch for its innovation which enabled a smooth electronic poll.

While congratulating the new leadership, he called on those who did not win to support the exco in the interest of the branch.
