He stated that the APC leadership had watched with satisfaction the giant strides being made by Sanwo-Olu in Lagos, urging Lagosians to re-elect the governor in 2023. The Senate President also commended Sanwo-Olu for validating the state’s position as Nigeria’s economic and commercial centre. He made this submission over the weekend at the fifth town hall meeting and empowerment programme organised by Senator Solomon Olamilekan (APC- Lagos West) at the Police College, Ikeja. The Senate President said: “The tremendous achievements the state recorded within a short period under Sanwo-Olu’s first term needs to continue. “We have been watching you over the last two and half years. You have been very wonderful. You have been consistent in terms of service delivery to the people of Lagos and indeed this country.
