Away goal may count Arsenal out 1-1.
Arsenal will be aiming to progress to the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League for the second time in three seasons when they face Slavia Prague in the second-leg of their quarter-final showdown at the Sinobo Stadium this evening, kick-off 8:00pm.
The Gunners, who got back to winning ways in the Premier League on Sunday evening, defeating bottom-of-the-table Sheffield United 3-0 at Bramall Lane, will arrive in Prague with the tie finely poised at 1-1 after last Thursday’s first-leg at the Emirates Stadium.
A last gasp equaliser from Slavia defender Tomas Holes cancelled out Nicolas Pepe’s 86th minute opener for the Gunners, ensuring the Czech champions head into tonight’s game with an away goal to their name.
