All is now set for the final burial of late Mrs. Maggi Imudu, nee Nwanka, mother of the Vice President (Operations) of National Freight Haulers Association of Nigeria, NFHA Mr. Ebere Nwokocha, popularly known as General.
She passed on January 1, 2022 at the graceful age of 106.
Mrs. Imudu will be laid to rest on Friday, May 20, 2022 at her husband’s compound in Umuosi Akoli, Akpaa Mbato Autonomous Community in Obingwa local government area of Abia State, a release by Apostle Stanley Ahamefula Nwaokocha on behalf of the family says.
Her body will depart GMP Mortuary, Ogbor-Hill Aba at 8am to her home town.
She will be interred after a funeral service to be conducted by Church of Christ, Akpaa Mbato community.
She was a devout Christian who will be remembered for being a model to several young mothers in the Christian fold and her community.
She’s survived by several sons, including Evangelist Charles Nwokocha of the Church of Christ.
