The Honourable President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice B. B. Kanyip, Ph.D, FNIALS has declared Monday, 29th March 2021 to Friday, 9th April 2021 as 2021 Easter vacation holiday.
His Lordship made the pronouncement pursuant to Order 58 Rule 4 (1) (b) of the NICN Civil Procedure Rules, 2017.
Justice Kanyip further stated that there will be no Court sitting during the period of the vacation and the Court sitting shall resume on Monday, 12th April 2021.
