The Secretary to the Osun State Government, High Chief Teslim Igbalaye, has joined thousands of people both at home and abroad in congratulating Hon. Adewale Morufu Adebayo (Gangaria), Member of the House of Representatives representing the Irepodun/Orolu/Olorunda/Osogbo Federal Constituency.
