A sociopolitical group mobilizing support for the realization of Atiku/Okowa 2023 Presidential ambition has assured the good people of South-West and Nigeria at large that their principal, Former Vice President of Nigeria His Excellency Atiku Abubakar will respect the rule of law if elected as the president of the country in 2023 presidential election.
This is coming a day after their principal Alh. Atiku Abubakar made appearance as one of the guest speaker at the 62nd NBA Annual General Conference held in Eko Hotels and Suite, Victoria Island, Lagos. The group assured that going by the antecedents of Alh. Atiku Abubakar while he was Nigeria’s Vice President from 1999-2007 and how he has coordinated his political career since then, he has shown total respect to the rule of law and without doubt will continue to do so if elected as the President in 2023.
“We absolutely have zero doubt that our Principal will ensure maximum respect for the rule of law unlike what we have been witnessing for the past seven (7) years under the maladministration of the APC led federal government” the group declares.
The group also expressed total confidence in Alh Atiku Abubakar’s ability to deliver dividend of democracy to the good people of Nigeria in areas of Security, economy, infrastructure, employment etc.
“You can easily recall that the economy was better under the PDP’s led FG and so are every other indices of governance, this is why we are appealing to the good people of South West and Nigeria not to allow the APC to fraud their way into another tenure. There must be sanction for non-performance and nobody will argue the fact that the APC has not performed to the best of their abilities with available resources”.
The group urges the people of the South West specifically to shun politics of ethnicity and vote for the most competent and nationally appealing candidate out of all the contestants who is no doubt Alh Atiku Abubakar.
“This is no time to vote based on sentiment, Alh. Atiku Abubakar is the most competent of them all in terms of experience, national acceptability, knowledge of the economy and physical fitness and of course the political will to implement all his ideas as contained in his widely acceptable policy document”.
The group assures that they will continue to mobilize support across the South Western states and Nigeria at large for the success of Atiku/Okowa 2023 campaign.
