[Court Attachment] Justice Kola-Olalere enjoins Law Students to be Diligent

It was a day of admonition as the Administrative Judge, Portharcourt Judicial division of the National Industrial Court, Hon. Justice Faustinah Kola-Olalere, FCIArb hosted the 2022 set of the Nigerian Law School posted to the court for knowledge attachment.

 

The Nigerian Law School was established in Lagos under the Legal Education Act 1962 now Legal Education (Consolidation Etc) Act Cap. L10, Laws of the Federation, 2004 and was founded on the principle to Educate and train law graduates in skills that would enable them to function optimally as barristers and solicitors, to make the world a better place.

 

The annual court attachment is part of academic activities after which the Nigerian Law School Bar final examinations will be conducted and successful candidates called to the bar.

 

No fewer than 12 students from Lagos, Enugu, Kano, Bayelsa and Abuja campuses of Nigerian Law School did their attachment at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Portharcourt for their attachment.

 

In her remark, the Administrative Judge, Justice Faustinah Kola-Olalere admonished the students to be diligent with their studies and to always be in their best character that tomorrow holds better for them.

 

While presenting the gifts of Customized Murg, 3rd Alteration Act, NICN Act, ADR Rules and Court Practice Direction to the students on behalf of the Court, Justice Kola-Olalere enjoined the students to be more dedicated and focus on their studies that the future is always for those who prepare and work for it.
