Industrial Court President condoles CJN over death of Justice Nwali Ngwuta

Justice Kanyip expressed that the news of the death of the late jurist came to him as a shock that history will be kind to the late jurist for his noble and indelible contributions to the growth of Judiciary and Promotion of the Rule of Law in Nigeria.

The Late Justice Ngwuta started his private legal practice at Abakaliki in July 1978-October 1995, and was appointed a judge of the High Court Abia state in October 1995 and promoted to the Court of Appeal on 22nd May 2003. In affirmation of his dedication and hard work, he was sworn-in as Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in May 2011.

While praying for the repose of the soul of the deceased, Justice Kanyip prayed God to grant the entire Judiciary, the deceased family in general, the fortitude to bear the unsatisfactory loss.
